1. About this site

This website (“the Hub”) is an independent English-language discovery and guide site for PokéBonk, a free 3D Pokémon-style browser survivor. The Hub may embed or link to the playable game hosted by third parties at https://pokebonk.com/?lang=en. We are not the developers of PokéBonk unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Unofficial fan game — no affiliation

PokéBonk is an unofficial fan game. The Hub and the game (as publicly described) are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company, TPCi, or any related trademark holders.

Pokémon and related names, characters, and marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Any use on this Hub is for identification and commentary about a fan-made browser experience only.

3. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

4. Third-party game, iframes, and external content

Gameplay, accounts, purchases (if any), availability, and rules are controlled by the operators of pokebonk.com and other third parties—not by this Hub. Embedded iframes, YouTube videos, and outbound links are provided for convenience. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. The Hub does not guarantee that embeds will load in every browser, region, or network environment.

5. Informational content only

Guides, FAQ answers, blog notes, and machine-readable summaries (such as llms.txt) are informational. Game features, roster counts (~151 Kanto Pokémon as mentioned on public game materials), modes, and controls may change. Prefer the live game and official play site for current behavior. Do not treat Hub content as professional legal, financial, or consumer advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Hub, including attempting to disrupt the site, scrape in a way that harms service availability, misrepresent affiliation with Nintendo or The Pokémon Company, or use the Hub to distribute malware or unlawful content.

7. Intellectual property

Hub-original text, layout, and branding elements (such as this site’s logo mark and styling) are provided for the Hub. Third-party trademarks and game assets remain with their owners. Community videos embedded from YouTube remain subject to their creators’ and YouTube’s rights.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE HUB IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, accurate or complete game information, or that the Hub or linked services are free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATORS OF THIS HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE HUB OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES LINKED OR EMBEDDED HEREIN. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF ZERO FEES YOU PAID US FOR ACCESSING THE HUB (IF ANY) OR A NOMINAL AMOUNT REQUIRED BY LAW.

10. No jurisdiction shopping

These Terms are written in general English for a global audience and do not assert a specific governing-law country or exclusive court unless required by mandatory consumer protections that apply to you where you live. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
